Our Founders

“Our mission at Calerie is to help people live a more purposeful life through better health, looking and feeling younger, and by slowing or even reversing the aging process. Our incredible Brand Partners enjoy building successful businesses by simply sharing our revolutionary products and systems.”

Roy Truett

Global CEO & Co-Founder

“I am ecstatic for the beginning of this new era and building a company built for the field. I have been training for over two decades in preparing for this role. This position aligns with my core values of servant leadership, creating a company built on a strong foundation, and eliminating issues networkers may have experienced in their past. I look forward to taking Calerie’s mission around the world and making history on this journey together with our field leadership!”

Steve J. Flipse

President & Founder

“Aging is quite a complicated process where body systems begin to have functional problems and damage to cells and tissues starts to occur. Research shows that dietary changes and focus on important nutrients can make a major difference in helping one to live a long and healthy life. Genetics is a factor, but there are many other causes for the development of early health conditions and early death.”

Steve J. Flipse

CALERIE’s founder Mr. Flipse, a United States Air Force veteran (BioEnvironmental), has worked tirelessly to unlock the cell-renewing properties of specialized natural ingredients through careful research and manufacturing technology. With 20 years of experience in the dietary supplement industry, Mr. Flipse possesses strong market and commercial awareness.

An avid endurance runner, he draws inspiration from a Duke University study documenting the longevity benefits of a calorie restricted diet. Through a process called autophagy, or cellular renewal, a calorie restricted diet is the only proven longevity diet. Mr. Flipse’s vision is to design supplements that promote autophagy, also known as exercise and calorie restriction mimetics because of their impact on cellular health.

After 20 years of working with the biggest brands, manufacturers, and distributors in the industry Mr. Flipse understands the importance of vertical integration. Which is why from raw material to manufactured finished goods, including the intellectual property involved, Calerie owns its supply chain in its entirety. Backed by science he scours white papers and lab analytics to introduce new and novel therapeutics such as mimetics, hope molecules, and longevity genes.

With a common goal to promote change and impact, Mr. Flipse chose to position Calerie as the only vertically integrated direct marketing company in the industry. As he sees it, “Calerie is the perfect marriage of the 2 things I love most: natural health and entrepreneurship, we strive to improve the wellness and financial independence of our brand partners”.

In an era surrounded by uncertainty, social selling and the ability to work from home are paramount. In the new economy where corporations run more efficiently than ever and require fewer employees, not to mention the global pandemic, we’ve witnessed a massive shift in the economy and more furloughed jobs than at any point in history. Mr. Flipse’s promise is to create high quality, high impact products that help improve individual health and overall well-being while creating an opportunity where the average person can achieve financial stability as a Brand Partner marketing CALERIE Products!
