Diamond Voyage GLOBAL TRAVEL POLICY

  • “Participant” refers to the qualified Brand Partner who earned the Diamond Voyage travel qualification and personally attends the program, as well as one accompanying family member approved by CalerieLife.
  • “Specified Deadline” refers to the official deadline stated in the relevant registration notice, announcement, or communication for the applicable Diamond Voyage program.

RSVP requirements

Qualified Brand Partners must complete RSVP through the Brand Partner Backoffice and submit all required information accurately and in full by the applicable specified deadlines. Failure to complete registration by the required deadlines will result in forfeiture of the Diamond Voyage qualification. The qualification will not be deferred, transferred, or preserved for future events. All deadlines apply equally to accompanying family members.

If a Participant or accompanying guest attends without completing RSVP or without prior approval, CalerieLife does not guarantee hotel accommodations, airport transfers, or any other program benefits. If services are provided under such circumstances, applicable charges may be assessed in accordance with this Policy.

Itinerary

CalerieLife will coordinate and arrange the official Diamond Voyage itinerary. Participants are required to follow the official schedule and program arrangements. The final itinerary details will be provided in the pre-departure materials.

CalerieLife reserves the right to modify, adjust, postpone, or cancel any portion of the program due to operational requirements, weather conditions, safety considerations, governmental restrictions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such changes shall not give rise to any compensation, reimbursement, or liability

Airport Transportation

CalerieLife will endeavor to provide airport transfers between the designated hotel and the primary destination airport on the official arrival and departure dates only. Participants arriving before the official program start date or departing after the official end date are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation arrangements.

Participants must submit accurate flight details via Backoffice Intercom prior to the specified deadline. Transfer arrangements are subject to local operating conditions and availability and cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.

Accommodation

Each qualified Brand Partner is entitled to one hotel room during the official program dates. Room assignments, room types, and related arrangements are subject to hotel availability. Specific room types or special requests cannot be guaranteed.

Incidental Hotel Charges

The Diamond Voyage covers only the accommodations and program inclusions specified in the official itinerary. Personal incidental expenses — including but not limited to room service, minibar charges, property damage, smoking penalties, or other personal expenses — are the sole responsibility of the Participant. If such charges are billed to CalerieLife, the company reserves the right to deduct the amount from the Brand Partner’s e-wallet balance. If the balance is insufficient, the remaining amount may be deducted from future commissions or bonuses until fully satisfied.

Meals

We will provide most meals during the trip, but there may be exceptions which will be noted in the itinerary. Meals not included will need to be paid for separately. We recommend that you have some cash or other payment options on hand. If you require vegetarian accommodations, please notify us via RSVP or intercom before the specified deadline.

Changes & Modifications

Diamond Voyage qualifications are personal, non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be resold. Each qualified Brand Partner may bring one accompanying family member at no additional cost. If the qualified individual does not attend, the accompanying family member may not participate independently. All requested changes must be submitted via Backoffice Intercom before the specified deadline and are subject to written approval by CalerieLife.

After submitting an RSVP, if the qualified individual is unable to attend the Diamond Voyage due to personal reasons and/or force majeure and/or visa denial, a cancellation request must be submitted to CalerieLife by the specified deadline. If the qualified individual neither attends the trip nor submits a cancellation request within the specified timeframe, a fee of USD 8,000 will be charged. CalerieLife reserves the right to revoke all travel-related rights and rewards associated with the qualified individual’s account (or related accounts).
