Event Qualification

A Gala Dinner, a $1,000 DP meal allowance, and accommodations during the event period will be provided for attendees. Accommodation will be one queen bed in a standard hotel room.

Meal Allowance

The $1,000 DP meal allowance will be deposited into the attendee’s CalerieLife Brand Partner (BP) account within 10 business days after the event.  Attendees who are not CalerieLife Brand Partners can sign up as one within 10 business days after the event to still receive the allowance. Meal allowances will not be issued in the absence of attendance for the qualification.

Airfare Subsidy

Airfare subsidies will be distributed based on your accumulated TP. For specific amounts, please refer to the "2024 June Promotion" released in June 2024. The subsidies will be processed within 10 business days after the conclusion of the CalerieAcademy VI & CalerieSummit II in Asia.

Airport Transportation

1. Shuttle services between the airport and the designated hotel will be provided for participants arriving by plane on the official arrival date (December 16, 2024) and departure date (December 20, 2024), whenever possible. Shuttle service times will be arranged based on the provided flight schedules. Please ensure that accurate flight information is submitted within the specified timeframe to facilitate shuttle service arrangements. If flight information is not provided on time, attendees will need to arrange their own transportation to the event hotel. (A notification regarding the airport shuttle service will be announced later. Please stay tuned for more details if you need this service.) This service is only available from Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) to Caesars Palace Las Vegas. Any transportation services before the official event dates or after the event concludes will be the responsibility of the attendee.
2. For Brand Partners who drive to the event hotel, CalerieLife will offer free parking vouchers for Caesars Palace. Parking vouchers can be collected at the CalerieLife check-in counter. One person is limited to one voucher.
   *Valet parking is not included in this service.

Rewards & Recognition

CalerieLife will present recognition and awards to on-site Brand Partners who have newly achieved the rank of Three Star Director or above between September 01, 2024 and November 30, 2024.

RSVP Rules

1. RSVP is exclusively online. On the related page, you can complete your RSVP by providing the required information. Those who do not complete their RSVP or fail to do so within the specified submission period will not be allowed to participate in this event.
2. Since this event involves business interactions and training, participants must be at least 18 years old. Childcare services will not be provided during the event.
3. The reward qualifications cannot be transferred or refunded. Accumulated qualifications can be used to register for the CalerieAcademy V & CalerieSummit II in North America, or the CalerieAcademy VI & CalerieSummit II in Asia in March 2025.  (More details will be announced later.) Brand Partners who did not register for either event will automatically forfeit their reward qualifications.
4. Any unauthorized replacement of participants without informing CalerieLife is strictly prohibited. If the participant's information does not match CalerieLife's RSVP information, their travel qualification will be directly canceled, and CalerieLife will not provide any itinerary arrangements or hospitality to the original participant or the replacement.

Cancelation & No-Show

After RSVP, participants who are unable to attend due to personal reasons, and/or force majeure, and/or visa rejection can submit a special case application to the CalerieLife Events Department at event@calerie.com or through the Intercom in the BP Backoffice for changing participants (valid proof required) until October 30, 2024. No changes will be accepted after October 30, 2024.

Participants who are unable to attend due to personal reasons, and/or force majeure, and/or visa rejection can submit a withdrawal application to the CalerieLife Events Department at event@calerie.com or through the Intercom in the BP Backoffice until November 05, 2024. Participants who neither attend the event nor submit a withdrawal application within the specified time will be charged a $2,500 fee. CalerieLife reserves the right to cancel all benefits and rewards related to this event in their account (or related accounts). Any qualifications canceled or missed outside of the specified timeframe will be deemed void and cannot be carried over to future events.

Brand Partner’s Responsibility

1. This policy applies to the global markets.
2. Participants are responsible for their visas and airline tickets. Please follow the standard visa application procedure and consider the time required for visa processing to avoid travel delays. Attendees must ensure that their passports are valid for at least six months beyond the last day of the trip and, if necessary, obtain one or more visas for passage to different countries.
