Event Qualifications

Attendees must meet at least one of the following qualifications: 

1. Earned Full Ticket qualifications and completed RSVP (referred to as “Full Ticket Attendees”):
   Full Ticket Attendees will receive benefits including:
   Hotel accommodations during the event period, conference lunch, entry to CalerieSummit Gala & After Party, and a meal allowance. 

2. Purchased Admission Tickets and completed RSVP (referred to as “Admission Ticket Attendees”):
   Admission Ticket Attendees will receive benefits including:
   Conference lunch and entry to the CalerieSummit Gala & After Party.

Accommodations

1. Full Ticket Attendees:
   • One bed in a standard hotel room during the event period will be provided.
   • Accommodation Hotels:
     • Centara Grand and Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld
     • Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel
   • Roommate Request: Please provide the ticket information of your designated roommates by February 15, 2025 (PT). If the ticket numbers are not provided by this deadline, you will be assigned randomly to share a standard double room with another participant of the same gender. Please make sure to notify your roommate in advance before submitting their ticket numbers to ensure the accuracy and validity of the information. 
2. Admission Ticket Attendees: No accommodation will be provided. 

Meals

Conference lunch on March 17 and 18 and an entry for the CalerieSummit Gala & After Party on March 19 will be provided for all attendees. 

1. Full Ticket Attendees:
   A $300 DP meal allowance will be deposited into the attendee’s CalerieLife Brand Partner (BP) account within 10 business days after the event.  Attendees who are not CalerieLife Brand Partners can sign up as one within 10 business days after the event to still receive the allowance. Meal allowances will not be issued in the absence of attendance for the qualification. 

2. Admission Ticket Attendees: Not eligible for meal allowance. 

Airport Transportation

Shuttle services between the designated airports and hotels will be provided for all attendees on the official arrival date (March 16, 2025) and departure date (March 20, 2025), whenever possible.

Shuttle Service Time:
08:00 AM to 11:00 PM

Please submit accurate flight information within the specified deadline. Attendees who fail to provide their flight details before the deadline will be responsible for their own transportation to the event hotel. (A notification regarding the airport shuttle service will be announced later.) Any transportation services before or after the official event concludes will be the attendee's responsibility.

Airfare Subsidy

Airfare subsidies will be distributed to Full Ticket account holders based on their accumulated TP. For specific amounts, please refer to the "2024 June Promotion" released in June 2024. The subsidies will be processed within 10 business days after the conclusion of the CalerieAcademy VI & CalerieSummit II - Asia.

Rewards & Recognition

CalerieLife will present recognition and awards to on-site Brand Partners who have newly achieved the rank of Three Star Director or above between September 01, 2024 and February 28, 2025. If recognition has already been received during the CalerieAcademy V & CalerieSummit II - North America, recognized BPs will still be eligible for another on-site recognition if they later attend the CalerieAcademy V & CalerieSummit II - Asia.

RSVP Rules

1. RSVP is exclusively online. On the related page, you can complete your RSVP by providing the required information. Those who do not complete their RSVP or fail to do so within the specified submission period will not be allowed to participate in this event.
2. Since this event involves business interactions and training, participants must be at least 18 years old. Childcare services will not be provided during the event.
3. The reward qualifications cannot be transferred or refunded. Accumulated qualifications can be used to register for the CalerieAcademy VI & CalerieSummit II - Asia. Brand Partners who neither register for the CalerieAcademy V & CalerieSummit II - North America nor the CalerieAcademy VI & CalerieSummit II - Asia will automatically forfeit their reward qualifications.
4. Any unauthorized replacement of participants without informing CalerieLife is strictly prohibited. If the participant's information does not match CalerieLife's RSVP information, the reward qualification will be directly canceled, and CalerieLife will not provide any itinerary arrangements or hospitality to the original participant or the replacement.

Cancelation and No-show

After RSVP, participants who are unable to attend due to personal reasons, and/or force majeure, and/or visa rejection can submit a special case application to the CalerieLife Events Department at event@calerie.com or through the Intercom in the BP Backoffice for changing participants (valid proof required) until January 31, 2025 (PT). No changes will be accepted after January 31, 2025 (PT).

After RSVP, participants who are unable to attend due to personal reasons, and/or force majeure, and/or visa rejection can submit a withdrawal application to the CalerieLife Events Department at event@calerie.com or through the Intercom in the BP Backoffice until February 15, 2025 (PT).

Full Ticket Holders who neither attend the event nor submit a withdrawal application within the specified time will be charged a $2,500 fee. CalerieLife reserves the right to cancel all benefits and rewards related to this event in their account (or related accounts). Any qualifications canceled or missed outside of the specified timeframe will be deemed void and cannot be carried over to future events.

Brand Partner’s Responsibility

1. This policy applies to the global markets.
2. Participants are responsible for their visas and airline tickets. Please follow the standard visa application procedure and consider the time required for visa processing to avoid travel delays. Attendees must ensure that their passports are valid for at least six months beyond the last day of the trip and, if necessary, obtain one or more visas for passage to different countries.
