Event Qualifications

Earned Full Ticket and completed RSVP will receive benefits including:

Hotel accommodations during the event period, one event entry on January 24, 2026 and January 25, 2026, one Welcome Bag, Conference lunch on March 24, an entry for the Gala Dinner on March 25 and one on-site raffle entry.‍

Accomodations

Full Ticket Attendees:

1. One bed in a standard hotel room during the event period will be provided.
2. Accommodation Hotels: INSPIRE Entertainment Resort
3. Roommate Request: Please provide the ticket information of your designated roommates by January 25, 2026 (PT). If the ticket numbers are not provided by this deadline, you will be assigned randomly to share a standard double room with another attendee of the same gender. Please make sure to notify your roommate in advance before submitting their ticket numbers to ensure the accuracy and validity of the information. 

Meals

Conference lunch on March 24 and an entry for the Gala Dinner on March 25 will be provided for all attendees.

Full Ticket Attendees:
A $300 DP meal allowance will be deposited into the attendee’s CalerieLife Brand Partner (BP) account within 10 business days after the event.  Attendees who are not CalerieLife Brand Partners can sign up as one within 10 business days after the event to still receive the allowance. Meal allowances will not be issued in the absence of attendance for the qualification. 

Airport Transportation

Airport Transportation: INSPIRE Entertainment Resort provides round-trip shuttle service to and from Incheon International Airport (ICN). Please be sure to provide your flight information to facilitate arrangements. Further details will be included in a friendly reminder to be sent at a later date. 

Airfare Subsidy

Rules for airfare subsidy: Airfare subsidies will be distributed based on your accumulated TP. For specific amounts, please refer to the "2025 June Promotion" released in June 2025. The subsidies will be processed within 10 business days after the conclusion of the 2026 CalerieAcademy X & CalerieSummit III - Asia

Rewards & Recognition

CalerieLife will present recognition and awards to on-site Brand Partners who have newly achieved the rank of Three Star Director or above between September 01, 2025 and February 28, 2026 . If recognition has already been received during the 2025 CalerieAcademy IX & CalerieSummit III  - North America, no duplicate recognition will be given unless there is a new rank achievement. 

RSVP Rules

1. RSVP Rule:
   
   1. RSVP on the BP Backoffice related page, please complete your RSVP by providing the required information and select or enter your Team Leader.
   2. After completing the online registration, please contact your Team Leader and provide your ticket number and roommate information. The Team Leader will then complete the team registration form and submit it to CalerieLife on your behalf. Those who do not complete their RSVP with correct information or fail to do so within the specified submission period will not be allowed to participate in this event.
2. Since this event involves business interactions and training, participants must be at least 18 years old. Childcare services will not be provided during the event.
3. The reward qualifications cannot be transferred or refunded. Accumulated qualifications only can be used to register for the2026 CalerieAcademy X & CalerieSummit III - Asia. Brand Partners who didn’t register will automatically forfeit their reward qualifications.
4. Any unauthorized replacement of attendees without informing CalerieLife is strictly prohibited. If the attendee’s information does not match CalerieLife's RSVP information, the reward qualification will be directly canceled, and CalerieLife will not provide any itinerary arrangements or hospitality to the original participant or the replacement. 

Cancelation and No-show

After RSVP, participants who are unable to attend due to personal reasons, and/or force majeure, and/or visa rejection can submit a special case application through the Intercom in the BP Backoffice for changing participants (valid proof required) until January 25, 2026 (PT). No changes will be accepted after January 25, 2026 (PT).

After RSVP, participants who are unable to attend due to personal reasons, and/or force majeure, and/or visa rejection can submit a withdrawal application through the Intercom in the BP Backoffice until February 28, 2026 (PT). 

Full Ticket Holders who neither attend the event nor submit a withdrawal application within the specified time will be charged a $2,500 fee. CalerieLife reserves the right to cancel all benefits and rewards related to this event in their account (or related accounts). Any qualifications canceled or missed outside of the specified timeframe will be deemed void and cannot be carried over to future events. 

Brand Partner’s Responsibility

1. This policy applies to the global markets.
2. Attendees are responsible for their visas and airline tickets. Please follow the standard visa application procedure and consider the time required for visa processing to avoid travel delays. Attendees must ensure their passports are valid for at least six months beyond the last day of the trip and, if necessary, obtain one or more visas for passage to different countries.
