Ticket Purchase and Registration Information
- Ticket purchase and registration method:
- Please submit the quantities of Full Ticket A, Full Ticket B, and/or Admission Tickets you wish to purchase to your Team Leader by August 15, 2026 (PT). Each team’s ticket purchase and event registration must be submitted collectively by the Team Leader through the official Team Registration Form.
- After the registration information has been submitted, Calerie will issue a payment reference number. Payment must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the payment reference number. Credit Card and/or Health Point are the only accepted payment methods.
- After payment has been successfully processed, you will receive your Ticket Number and will return the completed Team Registration Form to the respective team. Registration will be considered complete once the Ticket Number has been issued and the submitted registration information has been confirmed as accurate.
- Full Ticket A/ Full Ticket B and Admission Ticket purchased through this promotion are valid only for the 2026 CalerieAcademy XII event.
- All types of Tickets are non-refundable after purchase. Please contact Customer Service for ticket transfer if needed. Transfers of Full Ticket must be submitted by August 31, 2026 (PT). Requests received after August 31, 2026 (PT) will not be accepted. If registration is not completed by August 15, 2026 (PT), the Full Ticket will automatically become invalid.
- Only individuals who have completed their official RSVP and have been confirmed by CalerieLife are permitted to participate. Any unregistered companions (including but not limited to last-minute guests, additional family members, or visitors) will not be guaranteed accommodation, meals, or activity resources. If CalerieLife is able to arrange services based on actual availability, all associated costs will be borne by the participant.
Accommodation, Meals & Transportation
- Full Ticket and Admission Ticket include 5-star Lunch Buffet on October 19 and 20, 2026. Participants with food allergies or special dietary requirements (including but not limited to vegetarian, religious dietary needs, or food allergies) must notify CalerieLife via Intercom in the Brand Partner Backoffice before the RSVP deadline.
- Full Ticket includes 3 nights accommodation during the event. All participants will be provided standard room accommodations (twin-share) at the designated hotel for the duration of the travel program. To designate a specific roommate, both parties must complete their RSVP before the RSVP deadline and simultaneously submit a roommate request through the Intercom in the Brand Partner Backoffice. If no roommate request is submitted before the roommate submission deadline, CalerieLife will assign a same-gender Participant as the roommate. (*Admission Ticket does not include accommodation)
- Room types are assigned by CalerieLife. Requests for specific room types, upgrades, or any modifications are not accepted. Any upgrade requests must be handled on-site subject to availability and at the participant's own expense, with no guarantee of arrangement.
- Where available, complimentary airport transfer service between I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (Airport Code: DPS) and the designated event hotel(s) will be provided throughout the official arrival day (October 18, 2026) and official departure day (October 21, 2026). This service is available only for transportation between I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) and the designated event hotels. Participants arriving before the official arrival date or departing after the official event period are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own transportation. To ensure proper transfer arrangements, please submit your accurate flight information by the designated deadline. If your flight details are not provided by the required deadline, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation to the designated event hotel.
- Participants with special transportation needs (including but not limited to wheelchairs or mobility aids) must notify CalerieLife before the RSVP deadline. CalerieLife will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such needs but cannot guarantee all requests will be fulfilled.
Passport, Visa & Entry Documents
- Visa arrangements are the sole responsibility of each participant. Please apply through the standard visa process and allow sufficient time for processing to avoid travel disruptions. All participants must ensure their passport remains valid for at least six months beyond the last day of the trip. The name used for RSVP must exactly match the legal English name on the participant's passport. Participants are responsible for verifying visa requirements based on their passport nationality and for bearing all associated costs and responsibilities.

Travel Insurance
- Relevant insurance must be arranged independently by each participant. This trip does not include any form of personal travel or medical insurance. CalerieLife strongly recommends that all participants purchase appropriate travel-related insurance before departure (including but not limited to travel accident insurance, medical insurance, personal accident insurance, and trip cancellation/delay insurance) to cover potential risks during the trip.
RSVP Cancellation & No-Show
- After registration, if a participant is unable to attend due to personal reasons, force majeure, or visa denial, a request to change the participant may be submitted via Intercom in the Brand Partner Back Office no later than September 15, 2026 (PT). (Valid supporting documentation must be provided with the request). Requests submitted after September 15, 2026 (PT) will not be accepted.
- Unauthorized substitution of participants without prior notification to and approval from CalerieLife is strictly prohibited. If the participant's identity does not match the information registered with CalerieLife, the participant's eligibility to attend the event will be immediately revoked. In such cases, CalerieLife will not provide any event arrangements, transportation, accommodation, or other hosted benefits to either the originally registered participant or the substituted individual.
- Since this event involves business interactions and training, participants must be at least 18 years old. Childcare services will not be provided during the event.
Disclaimer
Accuracy of Information
Please ensure that all submitted flight information and English name details are consistent with your passport. Any disruptions to transfers, accommodation, or related arrangements, or any additional costs arising from incorrect information, shall be borne solely by the participant.
Travel Document Responsibility
CalerieLife shall not be held responsible for any inability to enter the destination, trip interruptions, or related losses arising from insufficient, invalid, or rejected passports, visas, or other entry documents, or from changes in local entry policies, customs, or immigration regulations.
Force Majeure
If the trip is cancelled, delayed, or altered due to political unrest, pandemics, natural disasters, government orders, or other force majeure events, CalerieLife shall not be held liable and will not provide any form of compensation or alternative arrangement.
Insurance
This trip does not include any form of personal travel or medical insurance. CalerieLife does not provide, arrange, or assume responsibility for any insurance-related arrangements, costs, or liabilities. Any losses or costs incurred by participants during the trip due to accidents, illness, injury, itinerary changes, delays, or other unforeseen events are the sole responsibility of the participant. CalerieLife shall not be liable for any such losses.
Health & Physical Fitness Declaration
This itinerary includes walking and outdoor activities that require a basic level of physical fitness. Participants should ensure they are in good health and physically capable of participating. Those with chronic illnesses, heart conditions, mobility impairments, or other health concerns are advised to consult a physician before departure. CalerieLife shall not be held responsible for any discomfort, accidents, or losses arising from a participant's personal health condition during the trip.
Itinerary Changes
CalerieLife reserves the right to adjust, modify, postpone, or cancel any aspect of the itinerary due to operational needs, weather conditions, safety considerations, policy restrictions, or other factors beyond CalerieLife's control. Such adjustments shall not constitute grounds for any compensation, indemnity, or other liability.
